The Heat Sheet, Meet Timeline and swimmer entries are now available. You can find them on the SwimTopia app, our website on the Meets & Calendar Tab, or Attached to this email.

The Heat Sheet follows the meet progression and shows each event, then how many heats in the event and lists the swimmers alphabetically. The Timeline shows the expected progression. Note the timeline is just an estimate. It can shift due to delays or weather. The Entries is what it is. Entries. Find the ones for your swimmer and take note of their entries, heat and lane.  If you haven't yet read up on the EHL method, you can catch up on  Swim Meet 101.
