Wellington Dolphins Swim Team

We are excited to welcome you and your swimmers to the Wellington Dolphins Summer 2026 Season!

Please note that only children for whom you are a parent or legal guardian may be registered. If you are not the legal guardian of a swimmer wishing to participate, the child’s parent or guardian must complete the registration and provide all required signatures for waivers, agreements, and medical information.

(Note, for registrations after May 17th, swimmers will not get a team t-shirt as the order has been completed and we do not have extras.)

Team Membership

Team membership is open to all children 18 years of age or younger as of June 1 of the swim season. Swimmers with little or no prior swimming experience, regardless of age, may be asked to complete a skills assessment administered by the Coaching Staff. Final determination of membership eligibility will be made by the Head Coach.

Early Bird registration begins March 1^st and closes on March 15^th. New families can register beginning March 16^th.

Payment Methods

We accept credit and debit card payments through Stripe. Please note that purchasers are responsible for associated processing fees of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.

For returning families only, we also accept checks as a payment method. Paying by check during the Early Bird Registration period allows families to avoid processing fees. This option is available only until General Registration opens on March 16. Checks are payable to Wellington Aquatic Club and mailed to P.O. Box 482, Manassas, Virginia 20110. Please be patient for your check to deposit and clear your bank. Do not mail to the HOA office (9700 Wellington Road).
