The Ridgewood Meet Heat Sheet, Meet Timeline and swimmer entries are now available. You can find them on the SwimTopia app, our website on the Meets & Calendar Tab, or Attached to this email.

The Heat Sheet follows the meet progression and shows each event, then how many heats in the event and lists the swimmers alphabetically. The Timeline shows the expected progression. Note the timeline is just an estimate. It can shift due to delays or weather. The Entries is what it is. Entries. Find the ones for your swimmer and take note of their entries, heat and lane. If you haven't yet read up on the EHL method, you can catch up on Swim Meet 101.

PLEASE NOTE Because our meets are now pre-seeded assigning your swimmer(s) a Heat and Lane, when we need to put an additional swimmer in the meet or move a swimmer, the Heat Sheet can change. This is done so the Officials will have the updated/revised Heat and Lane assignments to make sure they know the name of the swimmer, team and where they were re-assigned. To do this, the event(s) may be re-seeded which will cause the original Heat and Lane to change. Understood this is confusing as swimmer assignments as they were initially assigned change. Communication of this will be shared quickly and families and swimmers can re-adjust their assignments. We realize this is a pain, and there is a learning curve for all of us.
